What channels are supported?
We currently support WhatsApp, Booking.com chat and direct messages from your website. More integrations are being added soon.
Does the Unified Inbox work with our existing systems?
Yes. It’s fully integrated with your PMS and guest profiles. That means your staff sees booking details right next to the conversation — for faster, more personal replies.
Which languages does Runnr.ai support?
Runnr.ai supports more than 100 languages through automatic translation. You can define the languages spoken by your front office team, and messages received in other languages are translated automatically.
Runnr.ai always provides two way translation, so guests can communicate in their own language while your front office team can read and reply in theirs. Everyone continues working in the language they are most comfortable with.
Guests receive messages in their own language based on the language or location stored in the PMS, or in the default language if no location information is available.
Which communication channels does Runnr.ai support?
Runnr.ai supports the communication channels guests prefer, including WhatsApp, SMS, a webchat and OTA messaging such as Booking.com and Airbnb. in 2026 Runnr.ai will add Expedia, VRBO, email and voice as additional channels.
