We collect key guest details from Booking Experts, including name, check-in/out dates, phone number, cancellations, and modifications. This enables us to proactively engage guests at the right moments.
We track the guest journey, knowing when guests have checked in or are approaching check-out, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
Automated messages are sent via WhatsApp or SMS, keeping guests informed and reducing the need for phone calls and front desk inquiries.

Runnr.ai makes upselling effortless by syncing with Booking Experts to automate bookings directly onto guest invoices.

Runnr.ai syncs with Booking Experts to collect all bookable products, such as breakfast and parking.
Accommodations can choose which products Runnr.ai is allowed to book automatically on the guest’s invoice.
Some upsells can be booked with or without front office approval. For example, a late check-out request may require approval, while breakfast can be booked instantly.
