Connect Runnr.ai to Cloudbeds
- In the PMS integrations view, select “Connect.”
- Log in to Cloudbeds and grant read-only access for reservations and guest information.
- You will be redirected back to Runnr.ai once integration is complete.

Ensure your Cloudbeds user has the necessary permissions to connect apps in the marketplace.

Runnr.ai pulls guest and stay information from cloudbeds. This information is then used to send messages and to know when to send what message during the guest journey.
We communicate using a different communication channels. As of now we communicate only through Booking.com, WhatsApp and a dedicated Webchat.
Runnr.ai sends certain initiated messages based on the stay information gathered from the guest. This would include guest and stay information.
You’re always able to disconnect cloudbeds from runnr.ai. For this you simply need to go to the Cloudbeds marketplace and under connected apps find Runnr.ai and click on disconnect.
