Frequently asked questions

Does it matter which pricing plan the customer signs?

No. Your commission is always calculated on the actual MRR the customer pays. Runnr.ai offers a Pro plan at €5 per room and a Plus plan at €6.50 per room. If your referral signs the Plus plan, your commission is higher automatically. You never need to discuss pricing with the customer yourself.

When do I start getting paid?

Commission accrues from month 1, including the trial period. The payout is held until the customer converts to a full 12-month contract. Once that happens, all accrued commission is released and included in your next quarterly payout.

How long does the ongoing 10% commission last?

For as long as the customer remains active. There is no end date. The 25% rate applies to the first 12 months only; after that it automatically drops to 10% and continues indefinitely, in line with Runnr.ai's average customer lifetime of 8+ years.

What if the customer does not renew after the trial?

If a customer exits during or after the trial without signing a 12-month contract, no commission is paid for that referral. This protects both sides: you earn on customers who are genuinely committed, and Runnr.ai only pays on deals that stick.

What happens if the customer cancels?

Commission already paid out is yours to keep. Any future accrued commission for that referral stops from the month of cancellation onward. Given Runnr.ai's 1% monthly churn rate, cancellations are rare.

Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make?

No limit at all. The program is fully uncapped. Every referral that converts adds to your quarterly commission indefinitely.

Does the program apply to existing mutual customers?

No. The referral program applies to new customers only. If that customer already works with both your platform and Runnr.ai at the time of introduction, no commission is payable for that referral.

What if the company is already in the Runnr.ai sales pipeline?

Companies already in active discussion with Runnr.ai at the time of introduction are excluded from the program. If a lead has already been identified or contacted by Runnr.ai before the referral is made, no commission is payable. To avoid ambiguity, Runnr.ai confirms within 5 business days of receiving a referral whether the lead is already in the pipeline.

Is there a time limit for a lead to convert?

Yes. A referred lead must convert to a signed 12-month contract within 3 months of the introduction. If the lead has not converted within that window, the referral expires and no commission is payable. This keeps both sides focused on active, qualified opportunities.
