Runnr.ai collects real-time guest data from Guestline, we ensure timely, relevant, and personalized interactions throughout the guest journey.

  • We collect key guest details from Guestline, including name, check-in/out dates, phone number, cancellations, and modifications. This enables us to proactively engage guests at the right moments.
  • We track the guest journey, knowing when guests have checked in or are approaching check-out, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
  • Automated messages are sent via WhatsApp or SMS, keeping guests informed and reducing the need for phone calls and front desk inquiries.

Runnr.ai makes upselling effortless by syncing with Guestline to automate bookings directly onto guest invoices. 

  • Runnr.ai syncs with Guestline to collect all bookable products, such as breakfast, late check-out and parking.

  • Hotels can choose which products Runnr.ai is allowed to book automatically on the guest’s invoice.

  • Some upsells can be booked with or without front office approval. For example, a late check-out request may require approval, while breakfast can be booked instantly.

  • We are continuously expanding our integration to support more automated upsell bookings, increasing efficiency and revenue.
