Getting started with Runnr.ai  | Admin setup 

How to complete your general setup 

Once you're done with the content the next tab you'll see in the "General"tab. In this tab you simply need to add your company logo. Everything is already filled in. 

Following on on the setting you'll see next:  

1- Return on investment (ROI):

We provide ROI projections to help you quantify the value Runnr.ai delivers.

  1. From the ‘Settings’ menu, select ‘Return on Investment.’

  2. Enter estimated values for the listed products based on booking data, accounting for whether services are per stay or on a daily basis.

  3. This information will not be used as input for the AI.


 2- Notifications: 

Provide one or more email addresses that should receive guest request notifications.

  • Enable or disable notifications for specific topics as needed. We recommend leaving all active. Each guest request is also surfaced in the unified inbox for visibility.

4- PMS Integration

Click on the link from the bellow PMS to set them up or email us for specific instructions in support@runnr.ai

💡 Once your PMS connection is established, Runnr.ai automatically retrieves guest details (such as name and phone number), stay information (including dates), and room assignments directly from your PMS.

    • All spaces associated with your property will be visible under "guest spaces"  

You can manage any information used in your PMS in "Guest Space" and are able to extra content or context to specific room categories. Find here more about this. x

 


Messaging channels: 

  1. WhatsApp :
    For the Professional Plan, your property uses the standard Runnr.ai WhatsApp account with predefined messages. Upgrade to the Plus Plan for a branded WhatsApp account and customizable initial messages. This will also allow you to add a WhatsApp button to your website.
    1. If you've the plus plan already we'll go together through the requirement to do this setup when we meet. 
  2. Booking.com inbox:
    To set up the Booking.com integration, activate Runnr.ai in the Booking.com please make your request with this link. Full flow of what you see in booking.com here.
    1. After this, send us an email to support@runnr.ai and we'll finish the connection for you.   
  3. Airbnb inbox
    To set up the Airbnb integration, click the authorize link on the Messaging channels section. How to in this link
    1. After this, send the support team an email and they will finish the setup for you. Note: Your Runnr.ai account must be activated first for this to work.
  4. Webchat:
    Enable webchat via the messaging channels page to interact with guests directly on your website.
    1. This will work once your app goes live. 


⚠️There're probably some tabs you skipped in this process, that's ok, those tabs are not mention because typically require some configuration on our side.
