How to connect Airbnb to Runnr.ai

Only one Airbnb account can be linked to a Runnr.ai property. The same account can be re-used across multiple properties within Runnr.ai.

1. To connect your Airbnb inbox to Runnr.ai, first go to the settings menu and look for Integrations > Messaging Channels.
2. There, when you scroll to the bottom of the page, you find a setting called "Manage Airbnb messenger connections."
3. Click "Authorize connection" in this field, login and then you're done.
4. Now, inform the customer succes team through support@runnr.ai that you've done this, and they will complete the connection for you.
5. If you're using Mews, BookingExperts or Apaleo as PMS, please remove "Quick Replies" in Airbnb, so the guest will not receive double messages.
6. Check the Guest space types, and map the right Airbnb listings to the right space types, so we know what is available at the accommodations.
