Why is my Mews magic portal link not being sent?

We can only send these links if they exist in Mews.

We have an integration with Mews, where we can share an online checkin-link, also known as a guest portal link, in the message that is sent before the check-in.
There are a few things you need to know about this:

  1. We can only send these links if Mews has given us access to it for your property. Get in contact with support@runnr.ai if you want this to be activated.
  2. We can only send these links if they exist in Mews. One requirement on the Mews side to create the portal and the link, is that the guest needs to have an e-mail address in Mews. If they have not, there will be no portal and no link. 
    In these cases that the link does not exist, we send the "normal" pre-checkin message.
