Where can I manage space information?
You can manage information about your rooms, cottages, pitches, etc in the Guest spaces setting.
When we connect to your PMs, we can usually also retrieve information about your rooms (we'll refer to rooms in this article but you can also read cottages, pitches, etc).
If you go to the guest spaces setting, you'll find an overview of all the space types we retrieve.
To change any of the space types, either click the name, or the pencil icon. This brings you to the detail page for this space type. Now, the first thing to do on this page is to select the kind of space type it is, under "template". We have currently defined three kinds of templates:
- Room/suite
- Camping/Caravan pitch
- Holiday home
If you have a property that doesn't suit any of these templates, please contact the support team. We're happy to help you out and look at creating other templates.
When selecting a template, we will create additional fields. These can be used to define what is available for this specific space type. We also include the information we receive from the PMS. You can choose to change any additional information, but also to include the information we retrieve from the PMS.
This setting makes it possible to be even more specific in sharing the facilities per room.
