If it does not have an invoice tab, go to accounts (https://business.facebook.com/latest/billing_hub/accounts/details/) and on the right you will see payment history and the option to download the last receipt.
Another route is to go to the payment activity (https://business.facebook.com/latest/billing_hub/payment_activity/), select the whole lifetime, and there you will be able to download all separate receipts.
