What languages does Runnr.ai support?
Select the languages your front desk can communicate in on the page "Settings" > "Application settings" > "Language settings". These languages will not be translated in Runnr.ai's conversation inbox.
Other languages use by clients will be translated to English. Within the inbox, front desk employees can respond in their native language and Runnr.ai will make sure the guest receives the information in their own native language.
These are the languages currently supported by our pro-active messages:

- English (United Kingdom) *
- Estonian
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Italian
- Latvian
- Lithuanian
- Polish
- Portuguese (Portugal)
- Russian
- Spanish (Spain)
- Swedish
- Ukrainian
*English is the default language. If we don't know the language of the guest, because we don't receive it from the PMS, we will try to find out, based on the phone number, what would be the most logic language for the guest. If this doesn't give a conclusive language, we will send the first message in the default language: English.
But guests can message in any language they want.
