What is "Lock management"?
In the Lock management page you manage the mapping of your locks.
From the PMS, we usually retrieve the space type, and for each type all spaces (rooms/houses/pitches etc) and (room/house/pitch)-numbers associated with that space type.
If you have connected your door locks to Runnr.ai, this is the place to connect the right locks to their respective doors. Locks can be "Common" or "normal".
- A common lock is a lock that is shared among multiple rooms, like an entrance lock. You can enable access for these common locks to all guests, or you can enable it per space type. We are looking into ways to enable it per room number.
- A normal lock is a lock to a room.

If you want to send different types of messages to guest in different types of spaces, you can do so in the Guest journey builder (if you're on a PLUS package).
