What is "Space Management"?
In the Space Management page you can see which information we retrieve from your PMS.
We usually retrieve the space type, and for each type all spaces (rooms/houses/piches etc) and numbers associated with that space type.
Because some PMS's also include meeting rooms as bookable rooms, we've included a button to "stop initiated messages" for certain room types. This way somebody who booked a meeting room doesn't receive the messages set up in the Guest journey builder.
As we receive the information from the PMS, we advice to make any changes in the PMS. And after you've adjusted it, don't forget to hit the button "Sync Spaces" to make sure we're up to date on all the latest information.
