What are content improvement suggestions?
These suggestions help you optimise the Answer Library.
It happens sometimes, that the AI doesn't know the answer to a very specific question. These cases are gathered in the Content Improvement Settings page.
On this page you can see up to 10 items that could be improved, including the conversation view for context of what was asked and what was answerd, and possible categories in the answer library that would fit the topic.
Make sure that after adding the right information, you remove the suggestion.
