What are AI Actions ?
You can manage what actions the AI can take.
In the Accommodation settings, we sometimes also see instructions for the AI. This can confuse the AI, as these settings are primarily a source of information for the AI.
Therefore, we decided to separate the AI actions from the accommodation settings. Now, you will see an overview of all the actions the AI can perform for you. You will be able to switch these on and off per channel (for instance, don't get an invoice in a conversation happening on Booking.com).
Currently you can only switch on/off the existing actions per channel. Per action we you can see a description of what the action does.
