We're switching PMS. What should we do?

Inform us as soon as you can.

When you are switching your PMS to a different provider, please let us now. We will help you switch them and reconnect to Runnr.ai. These are the steps we will take:

  1. We will reconnect your old PMS. This means that all stays will be deleted, and that all chats will be removed. We do this to not have double information for the same guests in our system.

  2. We will connect your new PMS. Depending on which system it is it can be done in a few minutes, or take a few days. This is the same as when we connect a PMS for new clients.

Please inform us as soon as you can so we can make sure the migrations goes as smooth as possible. We can plan to do this well in advance.

The guests that are in house during the switch will not notice any change. However, as we have deleted the stay data and conversation, the AI will not have the context of previous messages in conversations with these guests. The stay data will be re-loaded from the new connected PMs (assuming the guests and stays have been migrated), and we will reconnect the right information to the right guest again.
