Updating your hotel name

When your hotel changes its name, there are a few places you'll want to update.

1. Update your hotel name in Runnr.ai

You can change your hotel name in the General settings: https://app.runnr.ai/hotels/edit/

While you're there, also check your message library and button responses for any remaining references to the old name.

2. Update your billing details (if needed)

If your invoicing details also need to reflect the new name, update them here: https://app.runnr.ai/billing_contact/

3. Update your name on WhatsApp

When you'r on our Plus plan and use your own phone number, your WhatsApp display name is managed through Meta. To avoid issues, we recommend updating in this order:

  1. First, update your business portfolio information in Meta: https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_info
  2. Then, update the name in your WhatsApp account settings: https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp_account
