Offboarding from Runnr.ai

These are the steps we're taking.

Sometimes it just isn't a match..  We're sad to see you go. This article explains the following steps.

Once you informed us of ending your subscription, we'll take the following steps:

  1. We'll end your subscription per the next renewal date, given that the notification has been given at least 30 days in advance (according to our terms and services, article 12).
  2. We'll stop sending pro-active messages but keep responding to any open conversations for 14 days after ending the subscription.
  3. We'll remove the guest data (stays, reservations, rooms, names, phone numbers) 60 days after ending the subscription. This is needed so we can make the final invoice and look up any disputes if needed.
  4. If you have a custom number in Whatsapp, you can reclaim the number using the following steps:
    1. We'll remove the number from 360Dialog. This means that until the end of the calendar month you cannot use this number. Technically we can still send messages form this number, but we're not sending any pro-active messages anymore, so there will be no costs involved anymore.
    2. In the Meta business manager, you can delete your phone number.
      1. Only a WhatsApp Business Account admin can delete a phone number
      2. A number cannot be deleted if paid messages were sent in the last 30 days.
      3. In the Business Manager, go to your Business Settings page. Go to Settings > Business Settings > WhatsApp Accounts > WhatsApp Manager > Phone Numbers.
      4. From the WhatsApp Manager, find the phone number that you wish to delete. Click on the trash icon under Delete in the upper right.  You may be asked to provide the password for your Facebook account connected to the Whatsapp Business Account if the phone number had the status “Connected” previously.
