How to connect your Expedia inbox
Runnr.ai now integrates directly with the Expedia inbox.
Guests who book through Expedia will receive messages, though, since their information will be in your PMS and that is where we get the data from. Important to know is that Runnr.ai needs a guest's phone number in order to send a pro-active message to a guest.
Once connected, the AI will respond to incoming messages via Expedia, and support your team exactly as it does with your existing integrations.
How to connect
- Navigate to the Expedia Partner Central
- Under Connectivity Settings (found under the "Rooms and Rates" option in the sidebar menu) click "Add a provider" and search for Runnr.ai B.V.
- Authorize Runnr.ai and ensure you connect the Messaging services
- Have your Admin add the Expedia Property ID and your property name in your Runnr.ai Messaging Channels overview (under "Add Expedia messenger connection")
