Is my Expedia channel connected?
Currently, Runnr.ai is not connected to the Expedia inbox yet.
Guests who book through Expedia will receive messages, though, since their information will be in your PMS and that is where we get the data from. Important to know is that Runnr.ai needs a guest's phone number in order to send a pro-active message to a guest.
Messages that are being sent through Expedia, to and from the Expedia inbox, are currently not supported in Runnr.ai.
