How to integrate with TheFork

Integrating with TheFork makes it possible for Runnr.ai to make a restaurant booking for your guests.

The Runnr.ai integration with The Fork is now live. This guide explains how to activate it, what to check before you do, and which plan you need to get the most out of it.

How to Activate

There's no marketplace or in-app page to activate the integration yet, so activation is handled manually for now.

  1. Send an email to integrations@thefork.com requesting the integration
  2. TheFork wil then share the credentials with Runnr.ai to setup the connection.

Limitations

A few reservation types aren't currently supported through the integration. For these, the booking will fall back to the reservation widget instead:

  • Reservations that require a credit card imprint or prepayment
  • Reservations for a specific area of the restaurant
  • Reservations placed on a waitlist
  • Reservations that require mandatory custom fields

Plan Requirements

The integration works on any plan in TheFork.
