How to integrate with Guestplan

Integrating with Guestplan makes it possible for Runnr.ai to make a restaurant booking for your guests.

In order to connect to Guestplan, we need to take a few steps.

  1. Make sure you are on the Guestplan Business or Guestplan Ultimate plan.
  2. Request the integration through the marketplace of Guestplan (a menu item called Apps)
  3. Send an email to support@runnr.ai, mentioning your Restaurant ID
  4. After Guestplan approves the integration, we will set it up and make the connection.
  5. When connected, we will synchronize the restaurants from Guestplan into Facilities and any products into Services and Products. Here you can add extra information about the restaurant and/or the products. We can then book tables directly from WhatsApp.
  6. Please also make sure that other information regarding booking a seat in the restaurant that might be in the library already, should not conflict with the new way of working. Search for "Restaurant" or "Guestplan" to check your current library of content.
