How to connect your Booking.com Inbox
Option 1 (easiest):
Simply click this link and follow the Booking.com flow until you reach “Apply changes.”
Option 2 (steps from your Runnr.ai App):

Go to Settings → Messaging channels

Scroll down to Manage Booking.com messenger connections.

Click the link to set up the connection. This will take you to the Booking.com Extranet, where you’ll log in with your usual credentials and follow same flow.

Click Select properties.

Choose either all properties or the specific ones you want to connect.
- Click review changes follow by Apply change.

What happens next:
After this, Runnr.ai we will receive a message from Booking.com to accept the integration, once accepted, the Booking.com inbox is connected.
This means from that moment on Runnr.ai will reply to incoming questions within the booking.com inbox!
