How do I migrate to Meta-direct?
We are migrating all our customers that are still on an intermediary messaging partner to a direct connection with Meta.
What this means for you:

- The costs for WhatsApp messages will no longer go through us, these costs will therefore be removed from your invoice
- You will pay WhatsApp costs directly to Meta via your own account
Integrating with Meta directly gives us more control, lower costs, and better performance.
In a short session (approximately 15-20 minutes), we will set everything up together.

- Access to the WhatsApp phone number (to receive a verification code per text or phonecall)
- Admin access to Meta Business Manager with full account permissions
- A payment card (Mastercard or Visa) ready for the new connection, even if a payment card is already saved in your Meta account
