How do I connect Runnr.ai to Oracle Opera?

Connecting with Oracle Opera is easy, when we have the right information.


Not sure which option applies to you? Check your Opera Cloud link when logged in:

  • link contains "OPERA9" → you're on SSD
  • link contains a code like OCR4ENT but no "OPERA9" → you're on OCIM

Option A: SSD

Send us the following:

  • Chain Code
  • Hotel ID (also called Property Code)
  • SSD URL — the login URL your team uses to access Opera Cloud

Once we have those, we'll send a connection request to your Opera Cloud. Your Opera Administrator then needs to approve our account and grant it WSACCESS.

Option B: OCIM

Send us the following:

  • Chain Code
  • Enterprise ID — found in your Opera Cloud URL: https://<hostname>/<enterpriseId>/operacloud
  • Hotel ID — visible in the top right corner when logged in
  • Region — also part of your URL (e.g. Frankfurt, Ashburn)

Once we have those, we'll submit a connectivity request via OHIP. Your Opera Administrator will receive an email with a pending request and needs to log into the Oracle Customer Developer Portal to approve it and grant WSACCESS.
