How do I connect Runnr.ai to Hotek?
You can connect your digital locks from Hotek to Runnr.ai.
With connected locks, guests can open their doors by sending messages via Whatsapp. To do so, instruct your Hotek contact person to add your hotel to the Runnr.ai account. Once that's done, we will take some steps to get the locks visible within Runnr.ai.
After this is done, we will connect the locks to their respective doors and rooms. Some locks are "common" locks, to be opened by everyone, others are restricted to a room type and most of them are restricted to one room.
