How can I set up a custom short URL?
Follow these two easy steps.
This is only available for PLUS package clients.

First, put in the shortlink you would like to use. This will need to be [something].[yourdomain].[your top level domain]. You can decide on what to use in the place of [Something]. A lot of our clients use "link" or "chat".
Example: link.casafranquilo.nl
After entering this link, we will create a so-called "record" that your domain owner should enter in the website's DNS settings.

The CNAME record will instruct the shared link to go to links.runnr.ai, and then we will forward it to the actual link itself.
Once that is done, wait for up to an hour, and then it should work.
We will then show all links not as app.runnr.ai/s/xxxxxx but as link.casafranquilo.nl/xxxxxx (example)
