How can I receive a referral fee?

We know that some of our customers are so happy with us, that they keep telling others. And we now want to reward those referrals, with up to €700 per new customer. We do this via the Tremendous platform.

These are the steps to take:

1. Fill out the Refer a friend form within runnr.ai
   
   1. Add the referrant (you)
   2. The referred company (who you'd like to become a customer)
   3. The contact person within the referred company that we can approach. To improve your chances, notify them up front.
2. Then, given that we have not been in contact with the referred company before, our sales team will reach out.  If the company is qualified (we have the right information, understand their situation, know the details about rooms, systems, needs, and they fit our product), they agree on a demo, and we deliver the demo, the first €100 is secured.
3. For the other €600, a few extra steps need to be taken:
   1. The company needs to become a customer and stay customer after the trial period ends (30-90 days, depending on company size).
   2. We pay twice the monthly deal amount of the referred company that became a client. From this amount we deduct the €100 you earned at stage 2. Also, we limit this to €600.
      1. Example: Referred company becomes a customer for €128 per month. You earn €256 (€100 for the demo, €156 for them becoming a customer)
      2. Example: Referred company becomes a customer for €1028 per month. You would earn €2056, but since the limit is at €700, you earn €700 (€100 for the demo, €600 for them becoming a customer)
4. We pay out via the platform Tremendous. This means you can choose to receive your money in different ways:
   1. Gift card
   2. Prepaid credit card
   3. Donate it to charity
