How can I manage the notification settings?

You can add multiple email addresses to receive notifications.

In order to manage your notification settings, go the notifications settings page.

In here you can add multiple email addresses to receive notifications. For each email address you can select:

  1. The timeframe in which this email address is available to receive notifications. This can be useful if you have multiple shifts or teams.
  2. The type of notifications to receive. You can select multiple of these
    1. New guest requests. These can not be turned off.
    2. Open guest request reminders (these get sent every 30 minutes and 5 hours), for requests that have not yet been picked up.
    3. New guest message notifications for manual chat messages. This is when you have selected to manually answer a message and have not closed the conversation yet.
    4. Guest ETA notifications.

And of course, don't forget to save your changes!
