How can I improve my "Guest request handled" rate?
If you see on your Analytics dashboard that your guest request handle rate is low, you can take a few steps to improve it.
First, look for the cause. Things that can influence this rate are (amongst others):
- Guests that have a request also pick up the phone and have their issue solved .
- Colleagues working in Runnr.ai don't know how to close a guest request
- You are not receiving notifications for new guest requests
- There are too many guest requests to pick up
If you found the cause, it is tome to look for solutions. Here are some examples of steps that you can take:
- Set up the right notifications to the right people
- Train your front desk team on how to use Runnr.ai
- Improve the Answer library (this makes sure the AI can answer more and will forward less messages).
- Write more and better additional information
- Make sure the space type information is improved in the PMS you are using
- Follow up on the content improvement suggestions
- Improve your button responses
- You can also close a request without intervenining. To do this: pick up the request, look for the button "close request" and click it. This can also be done without sending a manual answer.
