Can I set up an online check-in module with Runnr.ai?

Currently there are four ways to set up online check-in within Runnr.ai.

  1. Runnr.ai Online Pre-Check-in form. 
    In this form, we collect information about the guest and push this into the PMs system. The actual check-in still needs to be done by the property, but all needed information is already in the PMS.
    This form consists of the most used questions about personal details, contact details and identification. We can style it in your branding.
  2. Static link of an external check-in system.
    One link, the same for everyone. We can dynamically add the reservation ID to the url if needed.
  3. QR code.
    Based on the reservation we create a QR code to be scanned at a self-service terminal in a hotel where guests can fill out any open details.
  4. Integrated via the PMS.

Once this is set up, make sure you use the "online check-in" dynamic field in your guest journey builder text, in the message that gets sent out the night before the stay.
