Can I pay Runnr.ai automatically by mandate (automatische incasso)?

Yes, you can! Here are the steps to take:

  1. First, go to https://app.runnr.ai/billing_contact/
  2. Find the button "Set up automatic payments" and click it
    1. If you're in the Netherlands, click iDeal. It will ask you to do a €0.01 payment to connect your bank account. After this is done we can automatically collect the invoices through SEPA Direct Debit.
    2. If you're in Belgium, click Bancontact. It will ask you to do a €0.02 payment to connect your bank account. After this is done we can automatically collect the invoices through SEPA Direct Debit.
    3. If your in any other country in the EU or UK, select SEPA Direct Debit and follow the steps given. Here you can find all the countries that comply with SEPA.
